We have an immediate opening in the Panama City, FL area for an LCSW with Geriatric patient experience to provide mental health services within long-term care/nursing facilities. Requirements/ Duties include: Individual and family psychotherapy; conduct initial evaluations; develop treatment plans with quarterly reviews; maintain prompt and thorough documentation; ensure compliance with Salus Behavioral Health policies and procedures; interface and collaborate with facility interdisciplinary treatment team regarding resident treatment planning, progress and observations.
